Return, Exchange & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns or exchanges:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 15 days from date tracking shows order delivery. Please contact asap if you want to do a return or exchange, product must be received back within 30 days of original delivery.

  • The goods are in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

The following goods cannot be returned nor exchanged:

  • Products made to your specifications, clearly personalized or custom orders.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, items that are in used condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Should we receive your return/exchange item and it does not meet the conditions outlined above, you will be given the option of paying to ship the item back to you or having it donated to a charity in lieu of a refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us and the cost of shipping the new item if an exchange is being done.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. We do recommend using PirateShip.com for discounted insured, trackable shipping.

Damaged or Lost shipments:

If you receive your order damaged, please photograph the damaged box prior to opening it to show the damage. I will also need photos of the damaged product to file the insurance claim. All items are shipped fully insured. Claims for lost/not delivered packages will only apply if tracking shows that your order was not delivered. If you are concerned about possible lost packages (especially if you live in an area that often has mail theft issues) please consider reaching out to us about paying for signature required delivery.
